Click Next Choose the target folder and click "Next"

Uncheck "Immediatly on first start-up" " Option.
Uncheck "Run automatically at regular intervals and inform me" " Option.
Step 3: Continue the installation..............
After the installation finishes, uncheck "Launch Tuneup Utilities when finished" " Option and click "Finish"
Step 4: Go to the application installation folder : [C:\Program Files\TuneUp Utilities 2014 ]
Rename TUAutoUpdateCheck.exe to TUAutoUpdateCheck.bak
Rename UpdateWizard.exe to UpdateWizard.bak
